Is there an app available?

Yes, we have a universal app that can be installed on Apple, Android, and Windows devices. Once installed you will be able to receive push notifications for events that you want to be notified of.

Is the Sales Tracker really free?

Yes, we know how hard it can be to manage a shop and money can be tight. The sales tracker is designed to help shops get started on the road to success.

Is there an integration for my Shop Management System?

We are currently adding more integrations to Shop Tach. If your platform is not in our current integration listed, please submit a feature request.

How is the customer satisfaction score created?

The customer satisfaction score is based on the response from all customers who have responded to the email and/or text messages. Customers can give a review without posting publicly.

What is the public review rate?

The public review rate is based on the number of customers who respond to the review request and follow a link to a public review site.

Do I need permission to send my customers text messages?

Yes, you must receive permission from you customer before you send text messaging. you may be able to do this with a terms of service agreement. We advise that you check with your legal counsel before sending text messages.
